-Hello Huseyin! To get started, tell us about yourself, where you were born and how old are you ?

-I’m 21 and living in Turkey. I have been studying fine arts since high school. Right now I am studying animation at Anadolu University in Eskisehir/ Turkey in Animation department.


-You are really young, I wonder how can you have that much experience. School? University? or Self-Teaching?

-Actually school didn’t contribute much but the time and opportunities given by my school for me to study and improve myself were quite important for me and I am doing my best to benefit from these as much as possible.



-Can you tell Us about the creative process to your artworks?

- I definitely do a lot of trials and sketches on paper before transferring my work to the computer. After I work on clarity and neatness again on paper. Then I start to work on and create the composition. My favorite part is the editing on the computer. Like I said, I work on paper first, I don’t want to loose contact with the traditional concept. While coloring I pay attention to the color selection that will reflect the atmosphere and feeling I want to create.


-Do you have new projects and plans?

- Yes, I am working on a personal animation movie right now. Animation part is mostly done but I am still working on some coloring on that work. What I want most is to create and work on an animation project which will affect people when they watch.
